Terms of Service

1. Services Overview

We offer website development (Vibecoding & WordPress), workflow automation, and ongoing site/automation maintenance.

2. Pricing, Deposits & Payment

All pricing is agreed before work starts and may be split into milestones (e.g. 50% deposit, 50% balance at delivery).

• A deposit is required to reserve your project slot and start work.
• Once we start, the deposit is partially refundable (see Refunds below).

3. Refund & Deadline Guarantee

• If we fail to deliver your website/automation by the committed due date (excluding client-caused delays), or if you cancel before delivery, 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
• The other 50% of deposit is kept to cover work done and planning.
• Once a completed version is delivered, you are entitled to up to 5 rounds of revisions submitted within 7 days of your first preview.
• No refunds are possible after final delivery/acceptance, more than 5 revision rounds, or after content/client signoff.
• Domain, hosting, and premium tool/plugin costs are non-refundable.
• Unused prepaid maintenance months will be refunded if cancelled before use.

4. Revision Policy

Each project includes up to 5 rounds of reasonable revisions, to be requested within 7 days from when your first preview/draft is delivered.
Additional revisions are available at the regular hourly/page rate.

5. E-commerce & Custom Projects

Online shops, advanced portals, or complex requirements require a custom quote. No work is started and no deposit is taken until you clearly approve our proposal.

6. Client Responsibilities

You promise to provide (or approve) all required information on time, and to give timely feedback so we can keep your project on schedule.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon completion and final payment, you own your delivered website or automation.
kamdithecreator retains the right to display public work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

8. Privacy

All personal and business info is handled confidentially and in line with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

All services and agreements are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
